The HR department (or equivalent) is Progressive.
Most teachers are Liberals.
A few are Progressives and even fewer are Leftists (aka Communists).
However, the system is Progressive and thus controlled by Leftists.
Think about it. You’re a normal Liberal teacher. How hard are you going to stand up for Conservatives when you know for an absolute fact the rogue Leftists will savage you?
