Hello,
we are interviewing experienced entrepreneurs to learn about possible career paths for young men and women in our mentorship program.
Most of the kids we work with do not go to college right out of high school and settle for a job they don’t actually care about to earn a living.
We prefer they find something they can turn into a career.
We want to know what you do and the good, the bad and the ugly about your chosen profession.
A few questions we ask:
how much education is required?
does having a college degree help?
where should a person with zero experience start?
what opportunities exist for advancement and on what timeframe?
The interview is informal and usually takes less than 30 minutes. We hop on Zoom or facetime, record the conversation and use it in our monthly training.
If you want to participate we just need to schedule a time to complete the interview. I make myself as available as possible since you are doing me a favor.
